Abstract

 

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to study the Human Resource Development in Accordance with Bhavana of Personnels of Lampang Permanent Way Maintenance Division, Northern Region Permanent Way Maintenance Centre, Civil Engineering Department, State Railway of Thailand, 2) to study the relationship between the personal Tactors and professional Human Resource Development in Accordance with Bhavana of Personnels of Lampang Permanent Way Maintenance Division, Northern Region Permanent Way Maintenance Centre, Civil Engineering Department, State Railway of Thailand,and 3) to study problems and solutions related to the Human Resource Development in Accordance with Bhavana of Personnels of Lampang Permanent Way Maintenance Division, Northern Region Permanent Way Maintenance Centre, Civil Engineering Department, State Railway of Thailand, and 4) to study a way of using the bhavana applied to the Human Resource Development in Accordance with Bhavana of Personnels of Lampang Permanent Way Maintenance Division, Northern Region Permanent Way Maintenance Centre, Civil Engineering Department, State Railway of Thailand. The population and sample used in this study is the personnels of the Division, the district, Lampang, 213 of which were used to calculate the sample size of Taro Yamane is the sample size is 139 people from that used to draw. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the software package for social science research. To determine the frequency, percentage Average (Mean) and standard deviation and test hypothesis by chi-square (Chi - SquareTest) ( ) in respect of the above. Open-ended questions that show the problems. And suggestions The researchers grouped the issues set out in an open-ended questionnaire. Then it analyzes By using frequency and data from interviews. The researcher to group the essence of the interview. Then analyzed its contents.

 

The results showed that

1. Personnel Division, the area Lampang. Most were male, 94.2 percent of 131 people aged between 31-40 years and 41-50 years, the number 46, representing 33.1 percent of the students in lower-level undergraduate or equal to 101 people. 72.7 The period of performance of 10 - 20 years of the 51 members representing 36.7 percent have some other location. (Employee only works, artisans) were 123 people, representing 88.5 percent and earn 10,001 to 30,000 baht total of 68 people, representing 48.9 percent.

2. The Human Resource Development in Accordance with Bhavana of Personnels of Lampang Permanent Way Maintenance Division, Northern Region Permanent Way Maintenance Centre, Civil Engineering Department, State Railway of Thailand found that people with a comment on the development of human resources by bhavana  in the overall level ( = 3.57), considering it was found that the sila- bhavana ,citta- bhavana ,and panna- bhavana in high level. In terms of kaya- bhavana is moderate.

3. The relationship between individual factors to the development of human resources in accordance with bhavana of the Personnel Division, the district, Lampang. To test this hypothesis by analyzing the differences according to the classification by personal factors, including gender, age, educational level. 4. 5. The qualitative study found that the most important information on the subject of how to improve the quality of human resources. In accordance with bhavana of the developments in various fields.
